Terms of Service — 33careers

By using 33careers, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@33careers.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

No misrepresentation of identity, skills, or experience.
No scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized automation.
No discriminatory job posts; we follow applicable equal-opportunity laws.
No spam, harassment, or unlawful content.

4. Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (CVs, job posts, messages). By uploading, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process that content to operate the service.

5. Fees

The candidate experience is free. Employer fees are described on the pricing page. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice for paid plans.

6. AI matching

Match rankings are produced by automated systems and are best-effort recommendations, not guarantees. Hiring decisions remain the responsibility of the employer.

7. Termination

You may close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific outcomes (a hire, an offer, a job).

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹10,000 — whichever is greater.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
