- To match candidates with relevant roles using AI scoring.
- To verify skills via in-platform assessments.

- To improve our matching engine and detect abuse.
Sharing
Candidate profile data is shared with employers only after the candidate explicitly applies to a role. We do not sell personal data. We share data with vetted infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics, email) under strict data-processing agreements.
Your rights
You can access, edit, export, or delete your account data at any time from your dashboard. To exercise additional rights under GDPR, CCPA, or India's DPDP Act, email privacy@33careers.com.
Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Access to production systems is role-restricted and audited.
